Institutional Property Advisors’ Orlando multifamily team of Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham, and Justin Basquill closed a number of notable apartment sales in Florida in 2020 on their way to closing $341 million in sales across eight transactions.

Notable transactions included the $104 million sale of the 496-unit Parkway at Hunters Creek in Orlando as well as the $56.7 million sale of the 320-unit Estates at Countryside in Tampa, which was one of the first deals to market during the pandemic. The IPA team launched Estates in May 2020 and generated more than 40 offers on the deal, proving that investors still believed in the Florida multifamily market.

The team also closed the $42 million sale of Dunes and Harbour Pointe in Melbourne, a 274-unit community in Florida’s emerging Space Coast market.
