Sky Groden, executive managing director for JLL’s Industrial Leasing group, is among JLL’s top industrial brokers in the US. Groden is based in South Florida where he and his team focus on advising tenants and occupiers on how to optimize and align their real estate portfolio with corporate strategic, operational and business objectives.

During a challenging 2020, Groden and his team closed eight sales and 54 leasing transactions. In total, Groden’s team was responsible for leasing more than 15 million square feet.

In 2020 Sky represented Vital Pharmaceuticals in the acquisition of several industrial facilities as well as land to complete the relocation of their corporate headquarters. This expansion and relocation will have tremendous economic impact bringing hundreds of jobs to the area. This transaction is just one of Sky’s 2020 accomplishments that demonstrate his knowledge and continued success within the industrial sector.
