Despite an initially slow year for the multifamily investment sales market, Walker & Dunlop's Florida multifamily team of Brian Moulder, Dhaval Patel, and Bobby Gatling completed one of their best years yet.

Five of their transactions were included in the top ten multifamily transactions of 2020, and they closed out the year by completing 14 deals between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. The trio’s top deals included the sale of ARIUM Deerwood Apartments for $96.9 million, which was the top sale of the year, as well as Citigate Apartments for $90 million and JTB Apartments for $83.3 million.
