Over the past three years, Glen Kunofsky has advised on and completed the two largest retail sale-leasebacks to occur in the space, along with some of the largest industrial sale-leasebacks in that same time frame. In 2020 alone, Kunofsky completed $2 billion in property sales across more than 485 properties.

Kunofsky joined Marcus & Millichap in 2001, and he is a member of both the firm’s Retail Division and the Net Leased Properties Division. He specializes in single-tenant investments, and is founder and chairman of the NNN Pro Group within Marcus & Millichap. He has been the top single-tenant and overall investment associate in the Retail Division as well, and was the top-producing agent in the firm for many years.
