At the beginning of 2020, when lockdowns were strict and forced many into their homes to continue business, Nelson and the Tri-State Investment Sales group implemented innovative, digital marketing tactics to promote their offerings, garnering more than 50,000 unique views and impressions each month. The group also strategically placed property advertisements across all social media channels, produced property videos and digital tours to promote assets and emailed property offerings to targeted investor lists.
On top of all this, multiple members of the group wrote white papers on key trends in the market to be knowledge leaders for professionals in the industry, as well as clients and potential clients, with some of the papers being published in industry publications.
