Despite the unforeseen circumstances and obstacles that 2020 presented, especially for office leasing activity, Bryn Cinque overcame those odds to have an outstanding year, completing 34 leases that cumulatively totaled more than 650,000 square feet.

Cinque provided first-class consultative service to his clients amid the uncertainties of the COVID-19-impacted economy and advised them through a diverse combination of brand new leases, renewals, extensions and expansions.

In his largest transaction of the year, Cinque represented his longstanding client, Atlantic Health Systems, in a 223,000-square-foot expansion and extension of its space at 15 Melanie Ln. in Whippany, NJ. Above all, Cinque, a 20-year veteran of Colliers, is a team player and leader within Colliers' NJ suburban office, and serves as a mentor to others in the office.
