Sarah LanCarte is the founder of LanCarte Commercial. As president, she is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and operations of the firm. Additionally, she plays an active role with servicing the firm's clients. LanCarte's passion and experience drive her commitment to provide exceptional results. She is married to Adam and together they enjoy spending time with their daughter Ellis and dog Wesley.

As a leader in commercial real estate, LanCarte founded her firm to provide clients with the highest possible returns on their commercial real estate investment. Prior to establishing LanCarte Commercial, she served as managing director at Fort Capital where she successfully spearheaded the creation and growth of its commercial division. As a principal at Transwestern, LanCarte focused on industrial brokerage and closed more than 200 transactions totaling more than 7.5 million square feet.
