Taylor Snoddy, James Roberts and Philip Wiegand joined NorthMarq in late 2018 to help the company build its investment sales platform across the country. In addition to bringing more than 15 listings on their first day with NorthMarq, the team finished the year at the top of NorthMarq's leaderboard for production. Taylor finished 2020 as the company's top overall producer, and James and Philip each were part of the company's $1 million club for the year.

The team transacted the sale more than 6,500 units representing nearly $600 million in transaction volume in 2020. In the team's short time at NorthMarq, they have transacted nearly $1.75 billion, representing 20,000 apartment homes.

One key to the team's success is how closely they work with NorthMarq's debt and equity professionals to offer more resources for their buyers and sellers.

The team's most impactful sale of the year was The Vineyards Portfolio, a two property, 1,656-unit portfolio. That portfolio, which was the largest property to sell in Dallas/Fort Worth in 2020, was spread across 38.62 acres in the highly transactional Northeast Dallas submarket. The buyer, who also financed the purchase through the company debt and equity professionals, has invested heavily in upgrading the exteriors and improving the interiors of the community, creating a long-term asset to the Dallas community.
