Beginning his commercial real estate career in 1988 in Phoenix, Chuck Nixon has focused his efforts exclusively on tenant representation as an "occupier" specialist. He has unmatched experience in headquarters transactions, lease renewals, lease acquisitions, strategic occupancy planning (campus), site acquisitions and build-to-suits. His clients range in industries spanning legal, healthcare/medical, technology and other private and public corporations. His team provides strategic planning, market evaluation, financial analysis, construction management, project management, move management and transaction management.

Chuck has been a broker in Arizona for 32 years and is part of a four-person team comprised of three senior brokers and one junior broker.

Chuck completed 47 transactions encompassing 691,000 square feet in 2020.

Two examples to highlight include the 35,000 square-foot lease by a national headquarter trucking company. The company sought a relocation into a new, state-of-the art facility to accommodate their national services platform. The client's infrastructure requirements were above market standard, so finding a solution would prove challenging. Moreover, the client's desired geographic range was within 5 miles of their existing facility with a preferred upgrade in building quality. Chuck was able to negotiate favorable terms, including an 8-year lease with built-in flexibility relating to contraction/expansion.

Chuck also represented (Ragland) Align Technology, Inc. in a 35,000 square-foot lease when the company decided to relocate its corporate headquarters from San Jose to the Phoenix area and needed to secure a lease and occupy within four months during the pandemic. Their preference was to be in a Class A building in Scottsdale or Tempe. The company required above-market tenant improvements, options for growth and a location that maximized company exposure. Chuck managed to find an excellent space on the entire 13th floor or a property, with signage rights.

Chuck is the consummate professional always looking out for the best interest of his clients. Having focused his efforts on tenant representation exclusively for 26 years, the broker has an exceptional ability to deliver unmatched outcomes by being strategic and understanding the client's needs and exceeding their expectations.

Throughout his career, the broker has represented some of Arizona's largest and most prestigious corporations and firms.

Chuck is a longstanding member of NAIOP a past member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee, a volunteer for Cystic Fibrosis Fund Raising and the Christmas in April Charity. He is also Director at Paradise Valley Unified Schools and District Challenge for Charity."
