Colliers International
Award Highlights:
  • Helps clients capitalize on life sciences and industrial demand
  • Achieved high dollar volume during pandemic
  • Strong reputation for work ethic and team building

Frank Petz, who joined Colliers just a little over a year ago as managing director of investment sales, has defied a challenging economic year, closing out 2020 with approximately $1.4 billion of transaction volume. As Boston's life science and industrial sectors surge even amid the pandemic, Petz has been able to effectively advise clients and capitalize on demand in those sectors. Several of his life science sale transactions represent new lab developments or conversions, which upon completion, will deliver much-needed additional life science supply to a market that seemingly can't keep up with demand.

Additionally, Petz’s advisory and consultative services aided a high-profile mixed-use tower development in Boston to proceed with construction that had halted due to financing setbacks. Production aside, his work ethic, leadership, and prioritization of building and developing a strong team around him will leave a long-lasting imprint on Colliers Boston as a whole.
