• $330-million sale of Reservoir Woods East, including 40 Sylvan Rd. and 50-60 Sylvan Rd in Waltham, MA. PGIM, The Davis Companies and Marcus Partners were the seller and Alexandria Real Estate Equities acquired the assets, totaling 515,273 square feet.
• $325-million sale of 705 Mount Auburn St. and 64 Grove St. in Watertown, MA. Tufts Health Plan was the seller and Spear Street Capital acquired the assets, totaling 540,000 square feet.
• $165-million sale of an office property located at 500 Staples Dr. in Framingham, MA. Sycamore Partners was the seller, and LCN Capital Partners acquired the property, totaling 666,088 square feet.
