Lashar has implemented several global corporate real estate strategies involving office, industrial and lab/life sciences facilities.

Additionally, Lashar has negotiated complex transaction structures involving existing building and build-to-suits that entailed lease, own, equity participation, sale-leaseback and synthetic lease/CTL consolidation.
