Jason Ovadia is a leading Northern California industrial broker, representing some of JLL's most prestigious clients, including Dermody Properties, which he represented on two large transactions in 2020 totaling $81.9 million. Spanning three buildings including LogistiCenter at Highway 92 and 2589 Goodrick Ave., his procurements amount to 522,642 square feet of Class A development for Dermody Properties.

In addition to his sales activity, Ovadia managed 24 lease transactions totaling 5 million square feet and $380 million in 2020. His top sale deal of 2020 was a 612,300 square foot facility in Livermore, CA and his top Northern California lease was a 388,240-square-foot facility in Milpitas.
