As executive vice chairman, Renard has consistently been recognized as one of Cushman & Wakefield's top-producing brokers, including earning the Top Global Capital Markets Broker designation on numerous occasions. Since joining the firm, the industry veteran has led the sale efforts of more than 510 properties with an aggregate value in excess of $37 billion.
