Mark Sullivan, Joshua Gorin and Andrew Lustgarten have worked together at Savills in the Los Angeles office for 17 years, doing office deals with some of the biggest tenants in Southern California.

Despite the challenging effects of the pandemic, the team executed 42 deals totaling more than four million square feet in 2020. They handled 20 transactions totaling 2 million square feet for Technicolor at locations across the world, the relocation of Tennessee-based footwear brand Genesco, which moved its headquarters within Nashville to a larger 185,000-square-foot outpost and a 185,000-square-foot lease for the Santa Monica headquarters of advertising agency RPA.

In the LA-area, the team executed a 75,000-square-foot lease for Yamaha Corporation's guitar technology company Line 6 Inc., a 70,000-square-foot lease for a leading media conglomerate in the Burbank Media District and a new, 57,000-square-foot office lease for law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

The transactions executed by the team during their careers have had multiple and far-reaching impacts, including job growth in the region, activating several high-profile projects, enabling the retention of numerous and key Los Angeles-area tenants through negotiating generous concessions and incentives, and preserving part of a city's history.
