Executive managing director with JLL’s New Jersey office brokerage group since 2017, Timothy Greiner has two NAIOP deals of the year and a national Corenet deal of the year award for Economic Development Leadership to his credit. He leads a team of more than 50 office and retail brokers in Northern and Central New Jersey providing integrated solutions for both occupiers and investors.

Despite the challenging leasing environment of the pandemic, Greiner and his team completed 100-plus leasing transactions totaling more than three million square feet. Among the highlights of 2020, the team assisted two major financial service firms on the Jersey City waterfront, including a relocation and a long term extension; and completed a headquarters transaction for a utility company in Monmouth County that concluded a multi-year analysis of a stay versus relocation. The client ultimately renewed long-term and negotiated a purchase option to navigate anticipated future regulatory changes.
