These transactions include Fr8Auctions' 301,900-square-foot new lease at 4091 Southmeadown Park West, an 82,836-square-foot new lease signed by Elite Ops at Graham Logistics Center and a 70,000-square-foot lease signed by Devgiri Exports at Logistics Central.
In total, Acuff and his team oversaw 1.9 million square feet of leasing across 32 transactions.
