In a challenging retail landscape due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Chris Routledge was able to secure 147,102 square feet of leases during 2020.
Of note, Routledge was responsible for introducing the Joella’s Hot Chicken brand to a very competitive Atlanta marketplace. Routledge was creative in his approach, assisting Joella’s in a master sublease from Pollo Tropical, thus securing four locations and a significant market presence.
During his career, Routledge has represented a number of notable retailers such as CVS Health, Salon Lofts, Black Walnut Café, Bargain Hunt and iPic Theaters as well as Lowe’s, Life Time, BurgerFi, Del Taco, TJX Companies and Surcheros Mexican Grill.
