The transaction was a 53,000-square-foot lease for Technicolor, which involved identifying an opportunity to reconfigure an existing tenant's space and renegotiating the lease (the team added 5 years to the term) while securing the necessary square footage for Technicolor and negotiating a 9-year lease.
