In 2020, Lee & Associates’ Mike Sutter was challenged to find SBS Transportation 500,000-700,000 square feet in either a single building or multiple buildings. In addition, Sutter was the top producer for 2020 for Lee & Associates Atlanta.

Sutter identified a state-of-the-art facility that met SBS Transportation’s occupancy deadline and provided their need for growth. Sutter led transaction management and competitive lease negotiations, getting the tenant a healthy tenant improvement package and an executed lease in only 20 days.

Overall, Sutter and his team oversaw more than 31 million square feet of leasing across 32 transactions.
