BKB Commercial’s Brian Borkan surpassed the 1,000-completed-lease transaction mark during 2020, going on his 41st year in the metropolitan Chicago office market, specializing in representing the tenant exclusively in the four major office building markets- North, Northwest, East/West and O'Hare- totaling over 115,000,000 of space for lease.

Borkan can arguably state he has completed more tenant representation assignments in this market than any other commercial real estate broker. He knows all of them and almost all major owners of the office buildings for lease in the suburban market.

Several of his transactions in 2020 entailed working with tenants to right-size their space given the “new world” we live in due to COVID-19. His relationship with the owners and owner's representatives proved invaluable to help steer his clients through these difficult times.
