David Roth is the Cleveland-based EVP and national director of Matthews’ multifamily division. He took over for David Harrington, who was recently promoted to EVP and managing director. Roth is the former VP of investments at the NRP Group, one of the nation’s most active multifamily development firms.

Since joining Matthews nearly a year ago, Roth has been working nonstop on expanding the multifamily team nationally. To build out the multifamily team, Roth has hired 20 agents in an eight-month period. The new multifamily agents work across various Matthews offices nationally, including Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Cleveland. Furthermore, Roth is currently spearheading the move and oversight of the Cleveland office to the Ernst & Young Tower in Cleveland.
