Marty Zupancic is a multi-housing investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s, Washington, D.C., office and currently serves as a Director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Division. In 2020, Zupancic and his team closed $133 million in deals across 31 transactions.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2008, Zupancic has consistently been one of the firm’s top performing agents in the Mid-Atlantic region earning numerous awards including National Achievement Awards in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2015, and 2014, as well as the Washington, D.C., office’s Most Difficult Deal award in 2013 and Rookie of the Year in 2008.

Zupancic and his team advise and assist clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-housing assets and he is recognized as a leading expert in the District’s housing and rent control laws. Zupancic has significant experience with bankruptcy sales, TOPA and tenant acquisitions, along with transactions involving development sites, and assets with condo conversion and repositioning potential.
