Matt Pacinelli is Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners where he is responsible for leading the Washington, D.C. leasing team and further developing the firm’s full-service office investment and management platform throughout the region, where he has practiced for more than 22 years.

In 2020, Pacinelli and his team closed 62,068 square feet of leases across 12 transactions.

Mr. Pacinelli has spearheaded the growth of the firm's leasing business from a portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet in 2017 to over 6 Million by late 2020 with some the industry’s most prestigious institutional firms including JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, MetLife, Oxford Properties, Norges Bank, BlackRock, CalSTRS and others.
